Why Nutrition in Food Matters

Industrial agriculture originated from Britain 18th century transforms the way we produce our food forever; gone were the days of traditional wisdom i.e., natural pesticide, insect-repellent plants, etc., in its place human synthesizes cheap mass-scale production for general populace, effectively ends famine. 3 centuries later, we discover its health consequences.

At Kongkarn, we retrace ancient wisdom of Gaia and integrate avant-garde practice to cultivate the greatest strain-based potency for human consumption.

Debuting our first iteration in 2013 by transforming a barren pineapple plantation into a mini-forest, now we introduce 2nd stop to portfolio for even greater spread of healthy nutrition.

Behind every meal is a journey that begins with our farm and locally sourced ingredients. We work with our network of farmers to source ripe fresh produce. Vegetables & fruits are harvested from nearby fields; seafood is caught from pristine waters, and herbs and spices are handpicked from our own gardens.
