Train
Best route to Phuket is to get down at Phunphin Station, Surat Thani Province. Then take a minibus/ van (at the train station) to Phuket. Look for
1. Surat – Takua Pa – Phuket
2. Samui – Phuket
Long-distance Bus
1. Phuket Passenger Terminal 1 – Right next to Old Town Nightmarket
2. Phuket Passenger Terminal 2 – 5 km away from city center
Be mindful of rudeness as service is not the most professional.
Long-distance Bus – Private Parking Spot
1. ขนส่ง 99 – Talang
Airport Bus
1. Smart Bus (100 baht fee)
Airport – Bann Khian – Cherngtalay – Surin Beach – Kamala – Patong – Karon – Kata – Rawai
2. Airport Bus Phuket 8411
Airport – Downtown
3. Airport Bus Express
Airport – Karon – Kata
Khao Yai – Official Website
A renounced retreat for Bangkok residents; Khao Yai National Park is its best attractions. Visitors who prefer authentic local organic milk and Yogurt have to visit Daily Home, a cooperative pasture organization. Pak Chong (ปากช่อง), a well-known night market for local is another attraction for visitors looking for local delicacy. I would personally recommend a 豆浆 soy milk booth in front of old cinema and fried noodle shop on the opposite.
Visitors to Khao Yai national Park have to take ราชสีมาทัวร์ or สุรนารีแอร์ from 2nd Nakhon Ratchasima Passenger Terminal to Pak Chong, then take a modified passenger truck up Khao Yai National Park.
Or you can take Bangkok – Prachinburi long-distance bus and get off at Noen Hom intersection or the Naresuan Shrine Roundabout, then ride a motorcycle or car up to Khao Yai National Park.
